This site is about building and promoting websites, but more than that, it's written from the point of view of the desire to make money online with your own work at home internet marketing business.

A lucky few people can bring their offline specialities to the online world, or bring their existing offline business online, and make money. For many of us however, me included, we're simply looking for a way to make money online, without having specific ideas to bring to the table. That's ok, ideas will come as you progress, but in the meantime you need a way to begin to make money online.

The simplest way to do this is to build websites containing UNIQUE information that people are searching for daily, but which have few competing pages already online. But it's not quite that easy - you also need to be building your websites around topics that advertisers are willing to pay money to host their ads on.

The easiest way to make money from your efforts is to add Google Adsense to your pages. Google automatically serves up contextual ads based on your page content, and adverisers pay, each time an ad on your site is clicked. Google then pays you a percentage of the income that they receive. They do not disclose what that percentage is, but it is thought to be somewhere between 30% - 50%.
